Refunds and Returns
We offer a full refund on the purchase price minus shipping of our products any time within 60 days for orders shipped in the United States. To process a refund, please email us using our contact page for instructions on returns.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that refusing the delivery does not cause an automatic return. Please contact us for a resolution. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please file a claim with your carrier in order to begin the process of a reorder.
We cannot accept returns for items shipped internationally.
